One of my favorite things about Christmas is all the delicious food, oh how I love the holiday food. From hot chai, to delicious desserts, chocolate and scrumptious meals I love eating over the holidays. It’s one of the things I really look forward to.
As I stated in last week’s blog there have been many Januarys where I am feeling the pain of over indulging and have to work then to heal from the holidays. Fortunately over the last few years I have found healthy indulgences and have learned to listen to what my body wants. Now instead over indulging and eating really unhealthy things I have found a balance of indulging but still eating healthy.
