Annabel Fisher Interview – Pt. 2

In last week’s video, I introduced you to Annabel Fisher. Annabel is a no-fluff intuitive breakthrough coach, self-care crusader, and authentic Speaker. She helps soul-driven change makers and light workers conquer overwhelm, comparisons, perfectionism and exhaustion, so they can force less, flow more, and make their one precious life count – every day.

Annabel is author of the brilliant healing guide book ‘The Healing Game: Transforming Chronic Illness Using EFT’ and has worked with thousands of chronically ill clients from around the world since 2004. In August 2015, Annabel was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. She wasn’t expected to live and her oncologist and surgeon have called her a ‘miracle’. Thriving through a diagnosis of recurrent cancer, Annabel has become skilled at surrendering to the unknown, living in the present, and mastering the art of doing nothing.

In last week’s video (you can check it out here if you missed it) we talked about how Annabel used EFT (also known as tapping) to help her heal from chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia. She explains what EFT is and how it helps chronic illness and why emotional healing is crucial to living a healthy life. We also talk about Annabel’s recent health journey with stage 4 ovarian cancer and how mindset is helping her through it.

In this week’s video, we talk about Annabel’s book ‘The Healing Game: Transforming Chronic Illness Using EFT’, the definition of small T trauma and big t trauma and how it relates to your illness. And what it takes for you to accept the condition you find yourself in, all while living your best life and what that really means.

So that concludes my interview with Annabel. Over the years, I have greatly benefitted from Annabel’s knowledge, kindness, compassion (always without judgement), sense of humour and friendship. I am so pleased that I was able to interview her and spread her wisdom of healing and life to all of you.
